5 февраля Расти отыграл сольный концерт в клубе Spaceland (1717 Silver Lake Bl) в Лос-Анджелесе. Были исполнены следующие вещи:

В воскресенье 29 февраля Расти примет участие (по телефону из Англии)в программе Криса Картера "Breakfast with the Beatles"

Итак, вот как все прошло (вольный перевод рассказа об этом очевидца):
«Это было пятиминутное интервью, Расти позвонил в студию во время программы по заявкам. По окончании интервью Chris Carter, ведущий передачи «Breakfast With The Beatles» завел песню «Hurt Myself» с последнего альбома Расти, а пять слушателей, которым посчастливилось в числе первых дозвониться в студию во время звучания этой песни, получили в подарок по диску «Undressing Underwater» с автографом Андерсона.
Крис и Расти говорили о посещении Полом шоу Брайана Уилсона, Расти тоже был на этом мероприятии и отметил, что оно было потрясающим. Он также сказал, что в 60-е годы песни Брайена «Good Vibrations» и «God Only Knows» (причем, Расти немного задумался, прежде чем вспомнил вторую) произвели на Пола огромное впечатление.
Расти немного рассказал о том, как он пригласил Пола и других участников группы Маккартни помочь ему в записи своего альбома: он показал CD со своим материалом Полу, и ему показалось, что тому этот диск очень понравился. Поэтому он попросил Пола поучаствовать в записи его альбома, на что Пол ответил: «Конечно!». Пол и Расти работали вместе в большой спешке всего три дня в перерыве между американским и мексиканским турне. Крис Картер сказал о том, что ему понравился этот альбом, что он всю последнюю неделю только его и слушал. Он особенно отметил такие вещи как «Sentimental Chaos» и «Ol’ Sparky». Крис что-то сказал о том, что по звучанию «Ol’ Sparky» напоминает «T-Rex», и спросил Расти о том, правда ли, что тот изначально хотел, чтобы эта композиция звучала в духе «T-Rex». Они проговорили об этом где-то секунд 30 (Расти, вроде как, сказал, что написал эту песню под влиянием «Generation X»). Они немного поговорили о том, кто еще принимал участие в записи альбома (просто упомянули имена) – Stewart Copeland, «P Hux» (как назвал его Крис) и еще кто-то, кто играл на дудках или что-то в этом роде.
Хизер как-то сказала, что этот альбом Расти – «pot free album», и Крис спросил Расти об этом. Расти сказал, что он не замечал, чтобы Пол много курил и еще что-то сказал по этому поводу. Крис пошутил, что, типа, курение травки может либо замедлить, либо ускорить запись альбома. Расти вообще как-то не очень уверенно об этом говорил, и Крис сказал: «Да ладно, Расти, мы же знаем, кто твой босс» (или что-то в этом роде).
Крис отметил, что шоу группы Маккартни – это самые лучшие шоу, и что их концертная программа – это лучшая концертная программа, которые он когда-либо видел, и спросил Расти о том, какие песни тому больше всего нравится исполнять. Расти ответил, что ему нравится исполнять все номера, но особенно помянул партию арфы на гитаре в «She’s Leaving Home», и сказал, что, мол, разумеется, ему очень нравится «May Be I’m Amazed», потому что эта песня – прабабушка всех сольных песен Пола (или что-то в этом роде).
Позднее в студию позвонил парень, который сказал, что он живет в La Habra по соседству с Расти. Он также сказал, что понятия не имел, что Расти гастролирует вместе с Полом; когда он был на одном из шоу, ему показалось, что один из гитаристов Пола похож на Расти, и очень удивился, когда Пол представил того, как «a local boy from La Habra». Он упомянул, что Расти был учителем игры на гитаре в Whittier Music Company (или что-то в этом роде). Он также заметил, что видел Расти в Eulogy, когда тому было 12. Rusty Anderson's show last night at the Roxy Theater in Los Angeles had a couple of special guests: Abe Laboriel Jr. and Brian Ray. We just had a phone call from Matt Hurwitz, who confirmed they were there. We don't know what songs they played, but we'll update that info. (Thanks again to Matt Hurwitz.)

Brian and Abe (who was there with his brother Mateo) came on board for the show's encore and played Rusty's "Damaged Goods," off his new album, "Undressing Underwater." A very melodic, beautiful song, which Abe noted to me was his own favorite track on the disc.

Rusty's band, which included Matt McKenna, Todd O'Keefe and Dusty Rocherolle, played the whole album, I believe, along with a great rendition of The Band's "The Weight." Lucky fans also got to meet Rusty, as well as Abe and Brian, who all gave out lots of autographs and posed for pictures.
